My husband and I moved to Redlands in 1972 because we were enamored with the mountain views, small town atmosphere, slower pace and friendly residents.
I know the town must change but when we heard about Measure G being put on the March 3 primary ballot, I was appalled at what will happen to the town we love so much if Measure G passes.
We do not want to see more traffic congestion or myriads of high-rise apartments in the downtown historic district and what these buildings will do to the views of the mountains that we love.
Please join my husband and I in voting no on Measure G. Keep the Redlands we cherish with controls on growth.
