Loma Linda sheriff’s deputies have jailed a Phoenix man on suspicion of driving a stolen motorcycle and possession of a large amount of marijuana Tuesday night.

At 9:12 p.m. Nov. 17, Deputy R. Alfaro pulled over Victor Michael Jaramillo, 32, who was riding a black Suzuki motorcycle at Mountain View Avenue and Mission Road in Loma Linda for a vehicle code violation. The deputy conducted a records-check on the motorcycle and discovered it was stolen.

Jaramillo was arrested on a felony violation for possession of a stolen motorcycle. Jaramillo was also found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana and a digital scale. He faces an additional charge for transportation of marijuana for sales.

He is being held at the Central Detention Center on $50,000 bail.
