As part of Redlands efforts to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19, the city’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center will remain closed indefinitely. The facility has been closed since Redlands declared a state of emergency on March 16 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
San Bernardino County residents (including Redlands) can use the San Bernardino County facility which is scheduled to reopen for normal business hours beginning Monday, May 4.
The county facility is at the San Bernardino International Airport, 2824 East W St., Bldg. 302, in San Bernardino. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The site also accepts e-waste and sharps. Material Exchange hours are 1 to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
