A 3.9 magnitude tremor jolted the Redlands area today at around 1:21 p.m., the Southern California Earthquake Data Center (SCEDC) indicated.

According to the Southern California Seismic Network (SCSN), the epicenter was one mile east of Wildomar, four miles Northwest from Murrieta and roughly six miles east from Lakeland Village.

The hypocentral depth of the tremor was nine miles, SCSN reported.
