The Citrograph Foundation has awarded a grant to Orangewood High School for new sports uniforms in addition to grants awarded earlier to spirit leaders at the Grove School and Redlands High School.
The grants totaled $3,500, said a press release.
The Citrograph Foundation began offering the athletics grants in 2017, with money raised at the Citrus Madness 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, led by board member and Cheese Walla co-owner Kadar Fakir. Unfortunately, this year’s tournament was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Board hopes to reinstate Citrus Madness in early 2022.
The foundation supports students in music, business, design and athletics through modest scholarships. Founded in 1887, Citrograph is the oldest printing company in California, according to citrograph.com.
