Copehouse Bar & Bistro is a restaurant in downtown Redlands’ Orange Street Alley.
According to its website, Copehouse is a “cozy bistro nestled in the historic 1903 Cope building located in the new Orange Street alley. We offer a beautiful outdoor dining area and many would describe us to have a warm, sexy yet charming, dim lit interior dining area reminiscent of old town New York or a Paris bistro.
“We offer a contemporary new American menu that compliments the environment along with our hand-crafted freshly made cocktails that fill the room with a hint of smoked cedar, and toasted rosemary.”
Copehouse also has a brunch menu that is available Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. including bottomless champagne for $10 and bloody marys for $6. Brunch items include cinnamon doughnuts and fruit compote, garden vegetable and cheese frittata, and croque madame.
Dinner items include burgers, hand-held sandwiches, small plates such as grilled asparagus and house-made chips, and hand-cut salt and pepper fries.
Reservations can be made by calling (909) 253-1400. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to midnight Saturdays and Sundays.
